New York Real Estate School offers online  75 Hour Salesperson Pre-licensing course for Real Estate Professionals and people who want to start a new business using Winning Point, inc and Hondros College delvery platforms for online education approved by NYS Department of State and ARELLO.

NYS Requirements for Licensing as a Salesperson: 
You must be at least 18 years old, no felony or misdemeanors (some exceptions possible), permanent resident of United States, have a sponsoring broker, successfully complete 75 hour qualifying course, pass proctored exam, pass state exam.

Online classes offer you the convenience of flexible scheduling as well as the ability to  work from home or office at your own pace. *Please note that you may not be able to access your courses on Sundays from 08:00am–10:00am ET. This regular maintenance will allow us to better serve you. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  All calls and emails will be returned within 48 business hours.

On-Line School Policies:  Course Completion – For the online Salesperson’s Qualifying Course, you must complete all modules to receive credit and be eligible to take the school exam. 

Students who enroll must complete the course within six months from date of purchase.

Refunds: 
Once a student purchase this course, no refunds or credits will be given.

Students will be required to sign an online course affidavit during their proctored final exam stating they have completed the online course and they are taking the final school exam.

The exam for this course is a two-hour proctored exam which means students must take the exam in person.
Students have a total of two separate attempts to pass the school’s final exam; students who do not pass the school exam the second time, will be required to pay for and complete the entire course again should they wish to continue.

Students will be required to bring a government issued picture ID to the proctored exam site, and will be required to sign a student affidavit at the test site, stating that all policies mandated by the school and the State of New York were adhered to.  All exams must be administered by a proctor within the State of New York.
